Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 cups white vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 medium onion
Directions
Cut cucumbers and onions into bite sized pieces and place in a serving bowl. In a separate container combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir or whisk until all the salt and sugar is dissolved. Add sugar/vinegar mixture to cucumber/onion container. Cover and put in refrigerator for up to a week.
